Otaku Vaultt Returns and Refunds Policy


Return Period We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at otakuvaultt@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must send it to the following address: 20022 Fort Bridger Dr, Katy, TX 77449.

Return Process If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions about the return process, contact us at otakuvaultt@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for the following types of items:

  • Final sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Collectible figures and limited edition items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Once we evaluate the issue, we will advise you on how to proceed. Remember that you only have 5 days to report these issues.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded 50% of the value of the returned item to your original payment method. The 50% will be deducted to cover labor, handling, original shipping, and other associated costs. The refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
