These Terms of Service apply when you visit otakuvaultt.com, contact Otaku Vaultt, create an account, or place an order. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

1. Online Store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or use the site with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store or its products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

2. Products and Availability

Otaku Vaultt currently focuses on anime-inspired iPhone cases and related accessories. Products, designs, compatible models, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We aim to show product images and colors accurately, but appearance may vary slightly by screen settings. Customers must select the correct iPhone model and product options before checkout.

3. Made-to-Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Many products are sourced after an order is confirmed, inspected and packaged in Katy, Texas, and then shipped to the customer, usually through USPS. Estimated delivery times, two-stage tracking, address responsibilities, shipping charges, and carrier-related matters are described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Orders, Billing, and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, contact, and delivery information. We may contact you to verify an order or clarify product selections. Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers; Otaku Vaultt does not directly store complete payment-card information.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy and the return rules displayed during purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social networks, WhatsApp, and other providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property and User Content

The Otaku Vaultt name, original branding, site layout, written content, and original promotional materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited without written permission. If you submit a review, message, photo, design request, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or exploit the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

9. Accuracy and Service Changes

We may correct errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or order information. We may update or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an existing paid order will be communicated when appropriate.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Otaku Vaultt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party services. This section does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the agreement governing use of the store.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
