Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order Review: Please ensure that your order details are correct. Otaku Vaultt is not responsible for errors in the information you provide. No changes, replacements, or refunds will be issued for these errors. Please review your order details before placing it or contact us within 24 hours if you have entered incorrect data.

Order Processing and Preparation: Once your order is placed, we order the product directly from our supplier. The time it takes for the item to arrive at our store is 8 to 15 business days. Once at our store, the order is packaged exclusively and personally.

Shipping Time: Once shipped from our store, the order will take between 2 and 4 business days to arrive at its destination in the U.S.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: The total time from when you place your order until you receive it is 10 to 19 business days.

Order Confirmation and Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Within 24 hours, you can verify if the information is correct before it is processed. Once the order is shipped from our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order through, e.g., [FedEx, UPS, USPS].


Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Shipping Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact us as soon as possible via our email otakuvaultt@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped from our store. Once the package is shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Incorrect Addresses: If you enter an incorrect address, Otaku Vaultt is not responsible. The courier service may charge a reshipping fee, which will be the customer's responsibility. If the customer does not wish to pay for reshipping and requests a refund, a 50% fee will be deducted from the order value to cover labor, handling, and other associated costs.

Unclaimed Packages: If the package is not delivered because it is not claimed and is returned to our facilities, an additional fee will be charged to cover the costs of return and reshipping. This fee must be paid by the customer before the package is resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking status indicates "delivered." In such cases, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at otakuvaultt@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).


Important Note: For marketing and content creation purposes, some products from your order may be used for "unboxing" videos or promotional photos. This helps us share our passion for anime with the Otaku Vaultt community.
